Domino’s Pizza hires many drivers because of a flexible schedule that fits students, free‑time activities, and side jobs, while offering opportunities to grow inside the company—including management and franchise ownership.

• Age 18 or older, valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and an insured vehicle.
• Navigate designated delivery areas, read maps, locate addresses, and handle multi‑story buildings and other adverse terrain.
• Operate store equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete paperwork.
• Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facility.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Comprehend and convey correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Quick and accurate basic math, including making correct change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Operate computer keyboards or touch screens.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses while carrying products and driving.
• Use motor coordination for precise, speedy movements.

• Adverse weather when performing tasks outdoors.
• Temperature fluctuations from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in some areas.
• Potential exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Working in cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.

• Telephonic communication, near and mid‑range vision for store tasks.
• Depth perception and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Vision for driving, including night vision.

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and driving tasks as described.
• Travel between the store and delivery vehicle, and between the vehicle and customers.
• Handle up to 50 lb cases and carry items weighing up to 30 lb for deliveries.
