Deployment Technician

About the Role

We’re hiring Field Technicians to support a major Epic EHR implementation at healthcare facilities in central Georgia. You’ll work through four project phases leading up to Go‑Live in May 2026.

• Inventory & Assessment: Find and document all hardware and peripherals across hospital and clinic sites
• Deployment: Unbox, image, install, and deploy new equipment
• Technical Dress Rehearsal: Test every device Epic using provided scripts and document any failures
• Go‑Live Support: Provide troubleshooting and deployment support before and after Go‑Live, including 24/7 coverage with potential night and weekend shifts

• Basic computer troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working in healthcare environments around doctors, nurses, and patients
• Reliable transportation (may require travel between sites)

Pay: $25.00/hr

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $25.00/hr benefits are subject to change and may depend on eligibility, classification, and length of employment. Eligible benefits may include:
