We are excited to offer current college students an immersive experience through our Cement Internship Development Program (IDP). This 10‑week program, starting in May of each calendar year, provides hands‑on experience and a deep understanding of our operations within the Cement division. As an intern you will be exposed to core Cement functions:
Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.

- Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Manufacturing, Mining/Materials Science Engineering or related field with at least junior year standing.
- GPA of 2.5 or above (3.0 preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership potential and proactive problem‑solving.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the heavy or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Enjoyment of both independent work and teamwork.
- Full‑time, on‑site internship, 40‑hour work week, typically Monday through Friday.
- Mix of office work and fieldwork in varying environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
- Industry exposure and in‑depth knowledge of the building materials sector.
