Job Summary
Support the coordination and scheduling of fire alarm inspections, repairs, and service work to ensure schedules remain accurate, efficient, and fully utilized. This role works closely with customers, field teams, sales, and operations to maintain momentum, resolve issues, and support high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Fire Alarm Coordinator and Field Leadership with inspection, repair, and service scheduling
- Serve as a primary point of contact for fire alarm job inquiries, customers, and field teams
- Coordinate and confirm technician schedules, priorities, and service appointments
- Assist customers with real-time quoting for additional services or materials
- Maintain awareness of past-due accounts and support scheduling decisions accordingly
- Provide front-line phone support and assist with inbound customer communication
- Log and track customer communication accurately across systems
- Support internal teams by ensuring follow-ups occur within one business day
- Assist with monitoring coordination, service calls, and schedule adjustments as needed
- Support monitoring-related activities including account setup, changes, and cancellations
- Assist with reviewing reports related to alarms, signals, and system activity
- Coordinate with internal partners to address service needs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain continuity
- Support access management for systems and platforms as needed
- Assist with quarterly customer contact updates and notification preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with business software and learning new platforms (Service Trade experience a plus)
- Ability to remain flexible and persistent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
