About the Job: Domino’s Pizza is looking for enthusiastic, people‑oriented customer service representatives who can work part‑time or full‑time to serve customers during busy hours of the day and night. The role supports a fast‑paced environment where you can enjoy flexible hours, grow within the company, and earn opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Operate all equipment, including ovens, mixers, and point‑of‑sale systems.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
- Prepare product and assemble pizza orders.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication with customers and co‑workers.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Assist with maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
- Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, precise movements.
- Ability to perform tasks at varying temperatures, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided. Domino’s values growth; employees often progress from customer service representatives to management, general manager, and other leadership positions.
Work ConditionsExpectable weather conditions when performing outside tasks, ranging temperatures from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F+ in some work zones, sudden temperature changes, and exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust. Work involves standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, and manual hand tasks. Proper safety measures such as hand‑truck use, lifting technique, and equipment handling are required.
