The Venue at Tryphena’s Garden is a romantic wedding destination located in the heart of Middle Georgia, just thirty minutes south of Macon and an hour and a half from Atlanta. The venue offers stunning indoor and outdoor spaces, including manicured lakeside gardens, formal English-inspired gardens, and a Tuscan-style reception hall. With scenic woodland trails, a vine-covered trellis, and a beautiful brick-paved patio for cocktails, it provides a picturesque setting for dream weddings.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Perry, GA, for a Wedding Venue Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting in event setup and coordination, ensuring the venue is prepared and maintained to the highest standards, supporting logistical and operational needs during events, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The role also involves collaborating with photographers and other vendors, and maintaining communication with clients and team members.

• Strong Communication skills for client and vendor interactions via email and in person
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as event setup and breakdown
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• An eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in event or wedding coordination is a plus
