Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to, work orders, frame prints, and measurements

Must demonstrate production competency and knowledge of production systems

Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as deemed necessary

Must be able to operate appropriate equipment including fabricating machinery, band saws, acetylene torches, tape measures, etc.

Must able to physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds

Must possess successful problem solving skills

Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.

Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, time depends on production demands.

Education and Experience

Minimum of a high school education.

Manufacturing/industry experience.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
