What You’ll Do- Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Mentor, develop, and inspire nursing staff
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive outcomes
- Foster a collaborative, resident-first culture
- Active RN license
- Proven leadership experience in LTC/SNF as a Director of Nursing
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Passion for staff development and clinical excellence
