• Perform daily housekeeping tasks: clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously and work around cleaning products.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area required.
