Warehouse Associate​/Freight Handler

Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler to join our team in Perris, CA. The primary shift for this position is Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The pay rate is $17 per hour with an opportunity for incentive pay based on performance.

• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment
• Safely handle and move materials within the warehouse
• Utilize scanners and other tools to ensure accuracy in tracking and processing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in inventory control and cycle counting as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills for inventory and order fulfillment
• Forklift certification is a plus

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Reliable and punctual attendance
