$20.93/hr – $23.25/hr (based on skills and experience)

• Accurately load trailers with customer orders
• Follow and adhere to the daily checklist for trailers and all equipment
• Operate an electric pallet jack or pacer to transport product to load/unload trailers and organize the dock floor
• Transport freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks and delivery vehicles
• Utilize equipment to properly wrap and secure product to pallets
• Record numbers of pallets handled or moved using load manifest sheets to record trailers loaded
• Maintain loading accuracy with proper Bill of Lading (BOL)
• Verify orders are complete prior to shipping
• Communicate truck status with supervisors and other coordinators
• Use a banding machine to strap pallets as needed
• Develop an attitude and participate in continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety norms to maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area
• Other duties may be assigned

This position reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills: PC, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), RF scanners
• Ability to use material‑movement equipment (e.g., pacer, pallet jack)
• SAP or Warehouse Management System experience

• Walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment with possible temperature changes and dust exposure
