Hourly / Salary Range: $70k-$75k with bonus incentive

CR&R is seeking a Transportation Services Manager to oversee daily route execution, driver performance, and service reliability across assigned operations. This role sits at the center of operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and productivity while supporting frontline teams that deliver essential services every day.

The Transportation Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. This position directly supports drivers and frontline teams while maintaining service commitments across all assigned routes.

• Lead daily route execution and driver performance
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service
• Monitor productivity, safety, and attendance
• Resolve service issues and support customer needs
• Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations or service environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Solid waste experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
