Warehouse - Lead role at DP World

Location:

Perris, CA. This opportunity is for 1st and 2nd shifts with potential overtime as necessary.

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Monitor daily KPI metrics, quality metrics, employee timecard exceptions, and productivity administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and represent them in periods of absence (sickness, holidays, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Collaborate with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, modeling behavior, and assisting with planning, overseeing, and participating in warehouse operations and activities.
• Work the required schedule to meet production goals and site KPIs; schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma / GED.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.

Pay scale: $19.90 - $33.17
