Independent Optometrist - Walmart role at Walmart

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. You have autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule, and you keep 100% of exam/professional fees. For a fair market value, you can opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows).

• Launch your services in Walmart stores
• Operate as an independent lease holder with autonomy over practice days, hours, schedule, and fees
• Provide eye and vision care and support general health and well-being
• Opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative/Opt-Tech support services where available

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9
• ME & VA license agreements are with Gumberg Asset Management Company
