Customer Service Representative

Transdev in Perris, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

• Pay: $18.87 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale)

• Vacation: up to 5 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours yearly

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.

• Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
