Customer Service Representative – Transdev North America

Transdev in Perris, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• $18.87 hourly (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale).
• Vacation: up to 5 days per year.
• Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours annually.
• Full‑time employees receive medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days; life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors.

• Applicants must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
