Location: Murrieta, CA
Pay: $20 - $23/hr doe
Schedule: Day Shift | 8 AM - 5 pM

Key Duties:
- Minimize waste by ensuring proper FIFO rotation through product allocation.
- Identify product age risks and concerns on low-demand SKUs.
- Work with our Supply Chain team in positioning inventory across our distribution centers based on customer demands for a 0-7 day window.
- Communicate product shortages and collaborate with the supply chain to identify alternative solutions.
- Assist in planning, prioritizing, and communicating production plans to our warehouse teams/production leaders.
- Provide direction to our warehouse teams on order picking and processing to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Teams include Shipping/Just Ripe/Quality Control/ Production teams.
- Coordinate order pick up and deliveries with carriers and our Logistics team based on product readiness/availability.
- Work with our Quality Control teams to address any issues or concerns with product specifications prior to order shipment.
- Communicate product availability to our Sales team.
- Work with our ripening department to address ripening concerns.
- Work with our warehouse teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as in financial modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze a significant amount of information
