Salary $90,000 - $160,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to support public and private projects throughout central Eastern Pennsylvania. The Estimator plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure goals of project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a team player, and a creative problem solver.

Prepare and manage estimates for public and private projects; develop cost plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinate with design and engineering teams; analyze drawings and specifications; identify risks and opportunities; and support bid preparation and submission processes.

• Proven experience as an Estimator in heavy civil projects
• Detail oriented, team player, and creative problem solver
• Ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in central Eastern Pennsylvania
