Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate for an industrial location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other systems as assigned, and report irregular conditions and/or equipment issues according to post orders;
Complete incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation, and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
