Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, Houston & San Antonio. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within their assigned region, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing accounts, analyzing sales data, setting sales strategies, and ensuring goals are achieved. Regular engagement with retail partners and strategic planning to drive market growth are integral to the role.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales Management, Account Management, and Client Relationship Building
- Strong expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Identifying Growth Opportunities
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership qualities
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting to assess and enhance team performance
- Dedication to achieving sales targets and demonstrating results-driven performance
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
