Job OverviewThe Business Development Executive is responsible for generating, managing, and closing leads and sales within the hospitality and retail back‑office space through direct and indirect outreach. The role includes cultivating leads throughout the sales process and fostering relationships when they become accounts.
Responsibilities- Manage and close sophisticated sales cycles using solution‑selling techniques
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of services and value proposition
- Present to Director/CFO level leaders
- Develop relationships through calls, meetings, and digital sales campaigns
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Adapt to new technology and maintain high‑level organizational skills
- Perform outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Account management
- Attend conferences applicable to verticals
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience; preferred fields include business, sales, marketing, accounting, hospitality, and retail
- Prior experience with Salesforce (preferred)-auto>
- Prior experience in a SaaS sales environment (preferred)
- Prior experience in hospitality or retail space (preferred)
- Problem‑solving skills
