What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Central Illinois territory
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Communicate compelling patient-centered messaging about oncology products during customer engagementsli>
  • Analyze market trends and customer patterns to develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the Oncology Customer Team to ensure a consistent customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the healthcare or scientific field, with strong preference for oncology-related experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%
  • Knowledge of the oncology market and treatment options
  • Reside within a reasonable distance to the district
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales or clinical oncology role
  • Experience with oncology therapeutic products and customer engagement in the oncology field
