Land Real Estate Agent (Base Salary + Bonuses)

High Point Land Company is hiring a Salaried Land Real Estate Agent to focus exclusively on agricultural and rural land transactions. This salaried position offers performance bonuses, systems, and support, not a commission‑only structure.

• Base Salary: $55,000.00‑$ per year (actual pay based on skills and experience)
• Annual Bonus:
  Performance‑based bonuses, with top performers earning over $100,000 annually

• Manage and close agricultural land transactions with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and leadership to move deals forward
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through complex land transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the ag and rural community
• Focus exclusively on land and rural acreage transactions
• Use CRM and internal systems to manage leads, follow‑ups, and deal flow
• Represent High Point with professionalism, credibility, and consistency

• Background in agriculture (ag lending, equipment sales, agronomy, seed, fertilizer, or related fields)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust in high‑value conversations
• Self‑motivated and progress‑driven, not solely income‑focused
• Comfortable following a proven system and being held accountable by a dedicated sales manager
• Illinois Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain one (Required)
• High standards for progress, organization, follow‑through, and execution
