• Preparing and processing quotes, proposals, applications, endorsements and certificates of insurance.
• Assess risk and coverage, review and update policies.
• Handle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings and general correspondence.
• Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing and process payments.

• Desire and ability to handle a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Effective oral, written communication and human relation skills.
• Ability to pass and maintain an Illinois insurance license.
• General office and organizational skills.
• Effective computer skills;
  Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a must.
• Experience with Applied Systems Epic a plus.
• Two Years Or More Insurance Office Experience Preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
