The position’s primary purpose is to promote the benefits of Renewals by Andersen and schedule qualified appointments to increase sales.

General Responsibilities:

- Travel to different locations to promote company product using trained Methodology
- Schedule appointments
- Setup and tear down events
- Prepared with supplies for setup, i.e. catalogs, lead sheets, etc.

- Attend monthly meetings and training

Education/Experience Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Preferred
- One year of experience in sales, promotions, brand ambassador, retail, or related customer service Skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have job knowledge/product knowledge
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees
- Basic computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.

- Basic math skills
- Ability to take instruction and prioritize
- Must have transportation and able to travel in Central IL and surrounding areas
- Must have a cell phone

Physical Demands
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
