Are you looking for an impactful sales role? Join us in making a difference in Peoria, IL. Our brand-new store is set to open in February or March 2026. We’re seeking an empathetic, committed, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Manager for Good Feet Midwest, with 45+ locations across the Midwest and South and plans to double stores in the next 3–5 years.
Our mission is to enhance our community’s well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.
As a Full-Time Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales and exceed performance expectations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. If you have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving people’s well-being, you’ll join our team and work toward positively impacting lives through exceptional sales performance.

- 2+ years of retail/sales experience
- 1+ years of Leadership & Management experience

- Understanding of financial statements and budget management

- Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities
* Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in a commission-based sales environment.
- Coordinate store operations to achieve sales and profit goals
- Coach and develop team members to exceed performance expectations and take on new roles
- Monitor store metrics to motivate staff to exceed sales and productivity goals
- Motivate and inspire employees, leading by example
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
- Manage store operations, including POS transactions and inventory control
- Resolve customer concerns
- Cultivate a premium employer image in your market
Weekdays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM;
Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
Sundays 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Saturday contests and lunch incentives. This role will be 5 days a week.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
- Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory
- Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
