Customer Experience Coordinator – Front End Lead

Join us at The TJX Companies, Inc. as a Customer Experience Coordinator – Front End Lead. Your role will be to promote an excellent customer experience, oversee the front‑end team, and ensure prompt, courteous service while driving loyalty program participation.

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity and maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors associates on front‑end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Prioritizes tasks according to store plan and communicates effectively with management and associates.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Partners with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and participates in shrink reduction initiatives.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Availability for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi‑tasking with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player who works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Experience training others.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

This position has a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
