Sherman's has been proudly serving the Peoria community since 1976. From a humble clock and gift shop, we have grown to four locations offering home appliances, furniture, and mattresses. We live by core values:

• Help customers design spaces they love.
• Provide top‑line service from first greeting to post‑delivery.
• Use technology (laptop, iPad) to assist customers on the floor.
• Answer phones, perform quick “Buddy Checks,” and monitor open orders.
• Grow your product knowledge through feedback and training.

Starting wage: $25 per hour.

Training: Flat rate of $25 per hour for first 16 weeks.

After training: $20 per hour base + monthly and quarterly commission.

Full‑time, in‑person. Choice of 4‑day or 5‑day schedule. Weekends required.

• Monday – Friday: 9:30 am – 7 pm
• Saturdays: 9:30 am – 5 pm
• Sundays: 10:30 am – 5 pm
