Job Summary

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts. They ensure that all beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled for consumers to purchase our products and monitor product date codes to rotate items for best quality and freshness.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting products from backroom/storage to the sales floor with manual or powered equipment, ensuring deliveries are fully worked.
  • Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain product signage; clean product spaces and secure damaged or defective product.
  • Manage the backroom by organizing product, identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels in partnership with the account manager; utilize FIFO training to ensure timely sales.
  • Evaluate and process damaged product; re‑pack product; organize backroom materials (e.g., pallets, product shells) and conduct weekly rotation of front‑stock and back‑stock; complete required paperwork.
  • Communicate and collaborate upon completion of each account and at the end of the shift; use the Teams app to recap accounts immediately after service. Communicate via recaps, pictures, and coordination on out‑of‑stock or customer concerns.
  • Maintain professional relationships with co‑workers and customers.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a personal vehicle available during working hours, valid driver’s license, current liability insurance, and a driving record within policy guidelines (no major violations in the last three years).
  • Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high‑loader lifts preferred; ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire is required.
  • Basic computer and technology skills; knowledge of using a smartphone and/or laptop.
  • Flexibility with work hours; willing to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays to meet customer demand.
Physical Requirements
  • Speaking:
    Constantly – investigate, negotiate, recommend, and report.
  • Acute Vision:
    Constantly – observe both near and far, read documents.
  • Typing:
    Frequently – use electronic devices for day‑to‑day business (email, reports, texting).
  • Mobility:
    Frequent travel throughout customer locations – walking in backrooms, aisles, greeting customers.
  • Bending/Squatting:
    Frequently – look in racks at all levels, order product, count cases, check dates.
  • Lifting:
    Frequent – lift 40 lbs. or less (full cases of product).
  • Pushing/Pulling:
    Frequent use of manual carts.
  • Driving:
    Frequent travel between customer locations.
Pay

$18.50 per hour.
