Greet and speak with all guests and answer questions in a friendly and helpful manner;
Set up food and/or beverage service prior to the event, and teardown after the event;
Maintain food and/or beverage inventory available to patrons throughout the event;
Maintain a visually appealing presentation of food and beverage offerings throughout the event;
Communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction;
Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
