We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN for an acute care facility in Peoria, IL.

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• BSN not required
• Scrubs provided
• Department-specific orientation: 2–3 shifts

• 6 Cath Lab suites
• 4–20 cases per day (1:1 ratio)
• Cath Lab is separate from IR and EP
• Call teams:
  • Regular cases: 1 RN + 2 RTRs
  • Call cases: 4-person team
• Charge nurse available each shift (resource role)
• EMR:
  Epic
• Equipment: GE & Philips monitors, Mc Kesson

• STEMI
• NSTEMI
• Heart failure
• Congenital cases
• TAVR
• Mitra Clip
• Peripheral procedures

• Active Illinois RN license
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• Ability to read cardiac rhythm strips
• Experience with occasional drip titration

• 6–8 call shifts per month (primary & backup)
• Every 6–7th full weekend call
  • Friday 5:30 PM – Monday 6:00 AM
• Additional backup weekend call (24-hour shift, approx. once/month)
• Holiday call required (including Easter backup call)
• Cardiologists on call 24/7

• No floating required (IR experience is a plus but not mandatory)
• Shifts may extend if emergent cases arise
