Ratios/

Schedule:

5:1 days / 6:1 nights | 12s 7a–7:30p / 7p–7:30a | every other weekend + holiday rotation | no call

Required:

BLS + active IL license (or app started) | strong neuro skills; attends team conferences

Patients:
Neuro/neurosurg, amputations, multi-trauma, cardiac, complex medical; trachs (no vents); heparin only

Float/Support:
Float to LTAC/Med-Surg (not HAU unless trained); aides ~1:9–10; PT/OT/ST on unit; CPAP/BiPAP at night

Submission/OSF Notes: last 4 SSN, middle initial, RTO; drug-free campus (negative drug screen); 12 hrs non-billable orientation; local within 50 miles (local rate applies); call-off allowance 12 hrs/13 weeks; orientation includes class + 2–3 precepted shifts.
