Unit/Role: RN – Oncology Acute (19 private beds), Epic (Beacon)

Schedule:

3x12s nights (7p–7a), 36 hrs/week; rotating weekends/holidays (typically every other)

Ratios:
Typically 1:5 days / 1:6 nights (based on census; may require 1:1 for certain therapies)

Must-have skills: IV chemotherapy & immunotherapy administration (handling/PPE precautions, side-effect monitoring)

Certs required: AHA BLS + ONS/ONCC Chemo/Immunotherapy certificate

Drips:
No titratable drips (set-rate heparin/chemo such as 24-hr methotrexate)
