Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for maintenance staff, including compliance with OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Proven experience in maintenance management or related field, with at least 4 years of progressive leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques, including preventive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and predictive maintenance technologies. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve maintenance excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as external stakeholders. Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), enterprise asset management (EAM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Familiarity with food safety regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP principles.
