GENERAL EXPECTATIONSEWM Pickers are responsible for encouraging consumer to work to their highest capacity and ensuring quality of packaged CAT parts.
Responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with CWTC’s mission, policies, and in a manner that supports individuals with disabilities. All employees are required to attend mandated training sessions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESPhysical requirements include lifting 35 – 50 pounds, bending, walking, pulling, pushing, and standing for long periods of time. Environmental conditions include working indoors around dust, cardboard and moving equipment. Interpersonal factors include listening to consumer complaints and giving verbal encouragement of proper work habits.
RELATED CONDITIONAll employees are responsible for reporting any information, however acquired, pertaining to possible abuse or neglect of consumers to the Director of Quality Improvement, the Safety Director, or the Executive Director.
SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTIONEmployees must follow all safety policies and use necessary protective equipment when applicable. Employees are responsible for reporting safety hazards and/or accidents to their supervisors immediately.
