Manufacturing Supervisor (Finishing/Processing Department)

Location: Bartonville/ Peoria, IL

Starting Salary Range: Job Grade 21 - ($56,825 - $60,000)

Schedule: Full-time

Join our team as Supervisor in our Finishing/Processing Department!

Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing the hourly production team with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.
  • Driving continuous improvement in productivity, scrap reduction, process control, and housekeeping.
  • Monitoring daily production goals and adjusting staffing or processes to meet targets.
  • Collaborating effectively with department supervisors, union representatives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Conducting shift meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety reminders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires and ensuring proper training and support.
  • Being flexible to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
Qualifications

Experience: Industrial supervisory experience preferred, but we're open to motivated candidates ready to grow.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, ability to navigate computer systems.

Mindset: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, clear communicator, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
