• Provide oversight and execution of plant operations
• Lead and develop a cross-functional operations team
• Develop and implement a continuous improvement focused culture
• Work to align inventory and labor resources with production needs
• Serve as an advocate for plant safety programs

• BS in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with materials management, production planning, and inventory control
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a continuous improvement/Lean culture
• Ability to lead directly and through influence

• MBA
