Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports daily restaurant operations while helping develop team culture, manage profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with the General Manager and ownership to maintain high operational standards, coach staff, and execute systems that keep Brienzo’s running smoothly.

• Support daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure consistent execution and service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
• Manage scheduling, labor tracking, and shift performance.
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to maintain profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety codes (Serv Safe certified or ability to obtain).
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate on menu updates, events, and special projects across locations.
• Uphold company culture and contribute to an exceptional workplace environment.

• 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on, approachable, and dependable.
