* What you will do:

**** Material Planning & Scheduling:
** Coordinate and oversee the procurement, production, and delivery of parts to ensure timely availability across multiple facilities.
** Shortage Management:
** Monitor and resolve parts shortages proactively to maintain uninterrupted operations.
** Communication & Escalation:
** Engage professionally with internal teams and suppliers via phone and email. Escalate issues promptly when necessary to ensure resolution.
** System Operations:
** Utilize SAP and MRC systems to manage inventory, track orders, and support planning activities.
** Forecasting & Replenishment:
** Generate forecasts and manage replenishment plans to meet service level targets and optimize inventory flow.

** What skills you will have:
**** Materials Handling and Management**:
Experienced in
** logistics and supply chain operations**, with a proven ability to manage materials efficiently and support end-to-end supply processes. Skilled in delivering
** exceptional customer service
** through clear and empathetic communication, timely resolution of issues, and a proactive approach to understanding and meeting customers' needs. Your experience with
** SAP and MRC systems
** will be a plus and give you a competitive edge.

** Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP):
** Understanding of MRP systems and practices; ability to plan manufacturing cycles and ensure material and capacity availability.
** Transportation - MFG:
** Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers.
** Additional Information:
** The primary work location for this role is Peoria, IL, with a full-time on-site schedule of five days per week.
