Overview
We are a lively law office featuring an energetic, established, creative and dynamic team of Attorneys and Paralegals. Our firm engages in several areas of law, with our focus being on family law, probate, and civil litigation.
PositionA full-time experienced paralegal to join our existing office support staff. Must be highly organized, responsive and reliable. A good candidate will adapt well to new skill sets, is a quick learner, and works well with others. Must complete assignments timely.
Position is for a general practice paralegal, with a focus on family law and civil litigation. Prior experience or paralegal certificate required.
Job DutiesParalegal duties will include maintaining orderly and comprehensive physical and electronic case files, drafting notices, filing court documents, routine correspondence, and discovery. Ability to draft basic pleadings preferred. Meeting daily billing requirements are expected and required.

Pay$45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year depending on experience and billable expectations (with production-based bonuses)
