Job Summary
We're seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users.
Responsibilities- Provide phone, remote, and onsite technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Log, track, and resolve tickets using a Service Desk system
- Support Windows and macOS devices, printers, and related equipment
- Assist with user onboarding, computer imaging, and deployments
- Maintain IT documentation and asset tracking
- 2-5 years of Help Desk or Service Desk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and macOS support
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Active Directory experience
This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
