* Identify and prioritize high-value AI and data-driven opportunities across the marketing ecosystem.
* Coordinate the planning, implementation, and rollout of new AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, NLP/NLU tools, predictive analytics, automation platforms).
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, IT, data science, product teams, and external partners.
* Use AI to enhance customer experience (UX), reduce churn, and increase cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
* Educate and empower marketing teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
* Promote responsible, transparent, and sustainable use of AI in marketing.
* Partner with legal, compliance, and ethics experts to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
* Employs various group decision-making methods depending on the situation.
* Promotes efficacy through monitoring, coaching & motivating subordinates, intervention, etc.

* Develops and publishes comprehensive change and contingency plans.
* Defines and communicates change risks, contingency alternatives and associated benefits and drawbacks.
* Coordinates the implementation of change in diverse and complex production environments.
* Controls quality standards and budgeting in an ongoing IT project.
* Estimates and appropriately addresses potential issues and risks in IT projects.
* Ensures that technical objectives and functional requirements align in all IT projects.
* Builds IT related templates for demand analysis and functional reports.
* Monitors every step in an IT project to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on-time.
* Directs team members in analyzing client requirements in an appropriate manner.
* Strong understanding of AI and data technologies: machine learning, deep learning, NLP/NLU, IoT, data science, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
* Experience with marketing technologies, data systems, and project management tools.
* Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures. Level Extensive
