We are seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead key initiatives aligned with the Enterprise Asset Management strategy. This role will focus on efforts across Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), onboarding processes, data quality improvement, and aligned enterprise initiatives.

Contract: 12 Months

Core PM Responsibilities:

  • Strong Software Project Management background with the ability to lead and govern initiatives tied to enterprise-wide software assets.
  • Expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), preferably in large enterprise environments.
  • Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments
    , including Azure Dev Ops for planning, tracking, and delivery.
  • Must oversee and assess newly onboarded software products
    , ensuring smooth adoption, integration, and compliance.
  • Expected to run 2–3 major projects concurrently
    , demonstrating strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Will lead and coordinate workshops
    , manage stakeholder discussions, and facilitate cross‑functional sessions for alignment and decision‑making.
  • Requires a PM who is highly organized, proactive, and able to lead teams across business and technical areas.

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma required (Degree not mandatory).
  • 8–10 years experience in a Project/Program Manager role.
  • PMP Certification —

Required Technical

Skills:

  • Project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Project planning & scheduling tools.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking.
  • Requirements gathering & documentation.
  • Strong IT literacy and understanding of technical systems.
  • Change management & impact analysis.
  • Knowledge of programming/software (e.g., Visual Basic, Java, SQL).
