We are developing a scalable, modern ERP solution for Caterpillar dealers, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Integration Services. This next-generation platform will leverage pre-configured business processes, optimized workflows and AI-powered automation to streamline operations, accelerate digital capability deployment, and elevate customer experience across our global dealer network.
As a Lead Digital Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Agile delivery across complex cross-functional program teams. Your contributions will include driving transparency, fostering collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement to deliver high-quality ERP capabilities on time and within scope.

* What You Will Do:

* + Drive project cadence and delivery, ensuring milestones and dependencies stay on track
+ Model exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, providing clear updates, decisions, and alignment across cross‑functional teams
+ Drive team accountability, reinforcing commitments, removing blockers, and maintaining focus on outcomes
+ Maintain high organizational discipline, managing backlogs, schedules, risks, and documentation in alignment with PMO standards
+ Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, building strong relationships across business, technical, and partner teams
+ Balance servant leadership and project control, coaching the team while also guiding priorities, timelines, and scope
+ Design, implement, and reinforce delivery processes and standards that improve efficiency, strengthen predictability, and ensure consistent alignment with PMO practices across the program

Tactical, Strategic:
** Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

** Decision Making and Critical Thinking:
** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

** Data Gathering and Reporting:
** Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

** IT Project Control and Reporting:
** Knowledge of project control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule.

** IT Project Management:
** Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
