* Job Summary:

** We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting enterprise data to provide actionable insights that will inform and guide our eCommerce strategy and decision-making. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, transforming complex data into clear and strategic recommendations to help drive our eCommerce success.

As one of the team leads, you will also serve as both a technical expert and mentor to the team, helping guide team members in developing analytical solutions. You will also display the ability to take ownership, anticipate challenges and deliver results with minimal supervision.
** What You Will Do**:
* Serve as a lead technical expert to team members, offering guidance and support to drive projects forward and ensuring high-quality deliverables
* Gather and analyze data from various eCommerce platforms and sources to provide comprehensive insights.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics
* Partner with business leaders and teams to identify their data needs and deliver actionable insights to support their goals.
* Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in eCommerce data.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of eCommerce strategies and initiatives, suggesting improvements based on data analysis.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance data analysis practices.
