Expected pay for this position is $20.21 - $23.77/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
OverviewThis position is located in Peoria,IL
4-10 hour shifts between Monday-Friday, 6:30am to 5:00pm, as well as on call coverage
POSITION SUMMARYThe Substance Abuse Coordinator is responsible for all substance testing policies, procedures, and quality assurance of the substance testing within the Occupational Health service line. This role ensures strict adherence to protocols and legal standards to maintain the integrity of the sample and the chain of custody. The coordinator role serves as a substance abuse testing subject matter expert.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
High School Diploma/ GED
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare setting Minimum 6 months’ experience with Computers, Microsoft Office, and Email Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience:
Substance Screen instructor experience Signs and Symptoms training experience DOT Drug and Alcohol Collector Certification Experience working in substance testing service industry Customer Service experience
