Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of the Cardiovascular Services department. Ensures the provision of high quality services in accordance with Medical Center and regulatory requirement. Assists in the development of, implementing, and administering new services in order to achieve fiscal year business plans. Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related

Experience:

  • 3 years’ work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting.
  • 2 years supervisory/management experience.
  • Analytical abilities necessary in order to assist in preparing and administering budgets, developing quality and productivity measures, developing goals, policies and procedures, and evaluating departmental compliance with institutional, regulatory and professional standards.
  • Knowledge of business and management theory, information systems theory and leadership.

Other:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Master's degree in business or healthcare related field

Experience:

  • Work related experience in a cardiovascular related field

Licensure/

Certifications:

  • RN License Licensure/Certification s in a cardiovascular related field
