Expected pay for this position is $18.80 - $22.12/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Access Coordinator for the Breast Cancer Risk Program in the Breast Center is responsible for assisting with patient selection through risk factors and access to the risk assessment program. This involves working with an electronic risk survey for patients, managing the software results for patient tracking and correspondence. This requires speaking to patients regarding cancer risk status, reaching out to providers for patient referrals, scheduling patients for appointments with the Advanced Practice Nurse, and mailing appropriate follow up correspondence when necessary.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
High School/GED
Experience:
1 year of medical office experience. Other skills/knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
