Join Symbia as a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support the older adult population at Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria, IL.

Our rehab team offers a per diem (PRN) opportunity for experienced OTAs. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists to establish goals and creatively execute treatment plans.

As a PRN COTA:

• Collaborate with OT to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Support patients in achieving critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required.
