We are a growing community bank in Bureau County, IL seeking a motivated Junior Banker to join our lending team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or grow a career in commercial and agricultural banking within a community-focused environment.

We welcome newer bankers with lending experience who are eager to continue developing their skills. We will also consider a Credit Analyst who is interested in transitioning into a lending role and building client relationships over time.

• Assist in managing and growing a loan portfolio
• Support senior lenders with underwriting, financial analysis, and loan structuring
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, farmers, and community members
• Participate in business development activities and community involvement
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and collateral
• Ensure loans meet credit quality and compliance standards

• 1–5 years of banking experience preferred
• Lending or credit analysis background strongly encouraged
• Credit Analysts interested in becoming lenders are welcome to apply
• Strong financial analysis and communication skills
• Desire to grow into a business development role
• Knowledge of Agriculture is a plus, but not required
